Why did we create Chrome Cat Media?

After years of experience meeting clients from most business sectors working for various advertising mediums we heard endless accounts that businesses were just not getting a high level of response from their advertising. Clients complained that their previous adverts just did not pull in enough money, in the form of new customers, to justify the high costs charged by the newspapers, magazines and other mediums.
